The Reef View Hotel

The Reef View Hotel represents the ultimate in 4 star resort hotel accommodation, with rooms that are amongst the largest standard hotel rooms in the Pacific. All of the Reef View Hotel rooms overlook Catseye Beach or tropical gardens and are central to all conference venues. Each room is superbly furnished with twin queen sized beds and lounge area with large balcony. The bathroom is fitted with a bath, separate shower and twin vanities.

Due to high demand for flights to the Whitsunday region, we highly recommend that all attendees book flights to Hamilton Island as early as possible.

Restaurant Bookings

Please be advised that restaurant bookings are available 6 months prior to arrival. We recommend booking restaurants in advance here.

*Please note that there is no dinner event currently organised for the night of Saturday 30 August 2025. Due to the large number of conference guests, we anticipate high demand for restaurant bookings on this date, please book in early to avoid disappointment.
